Any decent healing monk will have 13 in Divine Favor, but the high req does lower the price, nonetheless. Given the perfect stats, I would price this at 200k or thereabouts.

80-100k imo, recharge would be better for healing spells, most have short cast time anyway so the bonus isnt that great, but will save you from being interrupted as often O_O

combo it with stoneheart o.o you got 30% recharge for healing 20% casting and 10% for all spells and! 20% +1 healing.
